Moduplex is a post-production studio cluster organized through the repetition of a single modular profile. A pixelated, adaptable form integrates prefabrication, sustainability, and spatial richness to create a flexible environment responsive to both users and urban context. Repetition is reinterpreted as a strategy for flexibility and expression, with a single prefabricated profile deployed in a systematic yet dynamic arrangement. The resulting massing is efficient, adaptable, and visually distinctive.

Stepped terraces and recessed volumes enhance natural light, ventilation, and biodiversity, contributing to a porous and socially active environment.
